Our mission is to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse technical workforce by establishing pathways for women and individuals from underrepresented communities in the field of technology. Currently, these groups face significant underrepresentation in the employment landscape.
The Challenge:
The current job market makes it tough for early-career professionals, especially people of color, to break into tech. They face significant systemic barriers and are often overlooked. Without nonprofits like us, many talented individuals may never realize their potential.
Our Solution:
We are pivoting to meet current job market needs. We'll keep partnering with companies for apprenticeships and will introduce new career paths in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI Engineering, Cloud Computing, and Technical Product Ownership. We're enhancing career support services and launching online communities to help more people navigate the evolving tech landscape.
