Earn & Learn Pathways For All

(Pictured above are graduates of our program who have transitioned into tech.)

We’re here to open doors for everyone who dreams of a better future, especially women and people who’ve been shut out of tech for far too long. By building employer-driven, earn-and-learn pathways, we’re making it possible for anyone to gain the real skills they need to move up. We believe that economic mobility shouldn’t be reserved for a few—it should be a real possibility for every person in America. That’s why we stand behind #newcollar careers that offer high wages, strong growth, and a fair shot at success, no matter your background.

Our mission is to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse technical workforce by establishing pathways for women and individuals from underrepresented communities in the field of technology. Currently, these groups face significant underrepresentation in the employment landscape.

A Lack Of New Talent In Tech

In the ever-evolving realm of technology, where innovation drives progress and reshapes the world we live in, there lies a disheartening reality: a profound lack of access and possibility for all. CompTIA's 2023 State of the Workforce report casts a glaring spotlight on the stark statistics that shroud the tech industry, revealing a sobering truth that demands our attention. We need to bring more skilled people into the industry to compete on the world stage.

Women make up only 26% of the Tech Workforce as per CompTIA's 2023 State of the Workforce report

Blacks make up only 8% of the Tech Workforce as per CompTIA's 2023 State of the Workforce report.

Latinos make up only 8% of the Tech Workforce as per CompTIA's 2023 State of the Workforce report.
