Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager/customer success executive so our teams can deliver first class software services. You will work directly with our customers and get feedback, including live calls, chat, email for improving customer experience. You will spend your time ensuring the success of client projects you are assigned by following up with clients to ensure that we have meetings scheduled, are getting deliverables from them, and moving projects forward.

The position requires a highly disciplined self-starter, who thrives on juggling complex projects within a dynamic team. A balance of technical and soft skills is essential, as this position is responsible for making our customers’ projects successful.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading technical projects to completion and ensuring that services are delivered on time and with high quality. We expect you to rely on experience and judgment to help our team plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You will report to the CEO.

  • Conflict resolution & on-time milestone execution provide project status updates & rapidly escalate to management any barriers impacting forward progress
  • Communicate effectively in person, via the telephone, and in writing with customers, prospects, co-workers, superiors, partners, and others
  • Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
  • Monitor, summarize and report on the progress of projects

Data Engineer I

We are looking for engineers and visualizers to design solutions for our clients. Our Data Engineering work is grounded in data analysis. One of our clients works with criminal justice decision-makers to design data-driven policies for a more equitable, effective, and fair system of justice.

We want our customers and partners to rave about our services and the experience they have collaborating with our team. The position requires a highly disciplined self-starter, who thrives on juggling complex projects within a dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:

  • Basic understanding of data modeling
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • Working knowledge of Python and R (for data analysis)
  • Passionate, collaborative, and willing to learn
  • Inquisitive and personable with a strong understanding of optimizing data, data pipeline architecture and data visualization
  • Ability to organize and manage own work, projects, priorities, deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimal direction

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visualizations using tools such as Power BI
  • Assist with creating and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using a variety of tools which may include Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, etc
  • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

Software Engineer I

We are looking for a Software Engineer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full-Stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of one back-end language (e.g. C#, NodeJS, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue)
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Software Engineer (Apprentice) – ServiceNow

We are looking for an early career Software Engineer to join our team. You will work towards certification on the Now platform and produce scalable software solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our customers. You’ll be provided an opportunity to “earn as you learn” and continue to develop your career as a ServiceNow Application developer.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:

  • Comfortable with the foundations of the ServiceNow platform
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of JavaScript

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to the continuous improvement and learning of development and ServiceNow best practices, tools, and technology

  • Provide administrative ServiceNow support, including support via troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and root cause analysis

Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full-Stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

We need a “producer” that can help our early career software apprentices observe best practices, troubleshoot, and close out projects. Our ideal candidate loves being the hero. You’ll get to come in and save the day when our apprentices are stuck.

You should thrive on fire fighting and have a passion for closing out projects and getting things done. We don’t take on weird and challenging agency work. Our projects are pedestrian, mostly line of business apps, but to serve more learners we constantly need leaders that can lay hands on the keyboard and produce results.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:
