MATCHING TECH APPRENTICES & MENTORS
Creating Coding Careers + SDCS
The apprenticeship program at Creating Coding Careers (powered by San Diego Code School) is creating new collar career opportunities for diverse talent via a tech apprenticeship program by hiring developers from untapped communities and having them work alongside experienced developers on real projects for real companies.
Apprentices work at Creating Coding Careers for 8-12 months, first going through an intense Full Stack bootcamp before transitioning to real company project work.
Mentors make a huge difference in the career and personal development of software engineers lives. Mentors help the student develop skills that help the students advance farther and faster in their career. Does this sound like something you’re interested in?
