SkillBridge Program Reviews
"I wanted to get into Software Engineering, but the hardest part is getting your foot in the door (especially as a transitioning Service Member). I knew how to develop, but I needed that support system that can possibly get me looked at. CCC not only gave me a support system, but also helped me with my transition. I went into CCC not expecting much, but got out as a Software Engineer in a Fortune 500 Company. I probably wouldn’t have even gotten looked at if it wasn’t for CCC."
"...With CCC it is clear that they not only care about developing my coding skills from a non-existent baseline, but also cared about my overall success. This is evident by their daily structure of team and one-on-one daily meetings as well as their job seeking course material and regular check-ins on job seeking goals...I was able to accept a job offer two months prior to my last day in service and I know that the skills I gained from CCC were key to that."
"They recently partnered with ServiceNow so you can get a bunch of certs which are very valuable in the job market. Going in I had prior experience with coding and I liked their program because I was able to focus on what I wanted to do, instead of being stuck to one path. You can choose web dev and learn Javascript and React and HTML/CSS or you can learn Javascript and do app dev within the ServiceNow space...This helped me earn a lot of certs in just a couple months."
"This was the best company to match my direction and goals. CCC was a perfect environment to learn new skills and grow as a coder, developer and SecOps tester. The training was excellent because the instructors used real-life experiences to show how to improve my coding and developer skills. At the beginning of the training sessions, all the materials were made available. The presenters’ styles were diverse and engaging, fun, and professional."
"Coming into this program I had minimal understanding of JavaScript, but was eager to learn. Through practicing coding every day as well as getting myself certified on the ServiceNow platform I am now in a very advantageous position to gain employment with ServiceNow. I am forever grateful for the opportunity this Skillbridge has provided me."
"For anyone looking to get hands on, in depth knowledge of coding, or at least exposure, this is the Skillbridge for you. Simultaneously, they supported any and everything military related in regards to me separating. Their communication flow is seamless and even if coding/ programming is a foreign concept, they make learning enjoyable and feel as if no one is left behind. Phenomenal program!!"

How often does the CCC SkillBridge program start? And how long is it?
Our technology-based SkillBridge program is an immersive 40 hour a week, 121-150 day program in a rolling cohort format. We accommodate multiple start dates each month.
Can I participate if I have less than 120 days until separation?
We are able to accommodate opportunities of 120 days or fewer, however we do prioritize active duty service members that can do 121 to 150 days, and those with prior technical experience for admission.
What is the Skillbridge program technical training like?
This unpaid program combines Software Engineering training with hands on exercises and career skills training. 25% of the program is instructor led. 50% is project/practical work building webpages, apps, and programming. The remaining 25% is self-paced online learning. The program also includes guest speakers and industry presentations. We have TAs and instructors for technical assistance and each participant is assigned an internal mentor. There may also be additional opportunities to learn with our industry partners.
Do you guarantee a job?
We do not guarantee a job. We will guarantee you an interview for our apprenticeship. However, more than 90% of the graduates of our apprenticeship program have secured job offers within 60 days of program end date in software engineering, ServiceNow development, cybersecurity, and more.
Our mission is to make the SkillBridge program a pathway to the tech industry with direct placement at an employer or into our apprenticeship program. We prepare you for the job search with resume workshops, networking opportunities, and more valuable guidance that has helped many veterans land roles that align with their aspirations in the tech industry.
Admission into our program is highly sought after because it is one of few "earn and learn" pathways to a high growth technical career. Our graduates work for enterprise organizations and at service providers that work with large enterprise companies.
Will I get a certificate at the end of the program?
You will have the opportunity to sit for at least two industry recognized certifications at the end of the program. You will also learn valuable skills that will make you ready for day one on the job.
